Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday told Russian president Vladimir Putin that "today's era is not an era of war", and the focus should be on addressing food, fertiliser and fuel security concerns plaguing the world. During a bilateral meeting with Putin on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, PM Modi said: "Today's era isn't of war and I have spoken to you [Putin] about it on many calls.
