GORAKHPUR: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath said here on Tuesday that efforts were made to prove that Lord Ram was a myth, but truth, ultimately, prevailed. "Today the country is associated with Ram temple is being constructed with positive feelings and it is a matter of curiosity for the entire world. Historians were not able to calculate when Lord Ram was born and even tried to prove that he was a myth, but at last truth prevailed."
He was speaking on the final day of the seven-day 'Shri Ram Katha Gyanyagya', which was held in the Gorakhnath temple premises on the occasion of 53rd death anniversary of Brahmalin Mahant Digvijaynath and the 8th death anniversary of Brahmalin Mahant Avaidyanath.
"Followers of Sanatan Dharma have an unwavering faith in Lord Ram. He inspires us all to be positive, seek the truth, and keep going even under the most challenging conditions. It is a great honour to hear the 'Shri Ram Katha'. It inspires society with the life of Lord Shri Ram," CM Yogi remarked.
Calling upon the people to take lessons of positivity from Ram Katha, Yogi said that negative thoughts could never produce positive results.
