MYSURU: The Karnataka State Open University is now hit by a complaint against anonymous persons for carrying out black magic inside the chamber of an associate professor.
According to sources, a half-torn photograph of the professor was found with the carcass of a fowl covered in a thick plastic cover containig turmeric powder, hair, bangle pieces, etc inside his chamber which was locked for nearly six months. The university has decided to carry out an investigation into the incident.
According to the complaint, the black magic allegedly carried out inside the chamber of Thejasvi Naviloor, in Muktagangotri campus in the city.
According to sources, the carcass was covered by a thick plastic carry bag. “It was stinking, indicating that it was some five-six days old,” explained the officials.
As the incident came to light, staff from the housekeeping section were summoned to clean it, explained varsity authorities. “We have received a complaint from the department head. An inquiry will be carried out in this regard,” said A Khadar Pasha, in-charge registrar, KSOU. Sources claimed that the office was cleaned last week for an event.
