Harsha Engineers IPO opens today: Here's everything you need to know
The Rs 755-crore initial public offer (IPO) by Harsha Engineers International (HEIL) is set to kick off on Wednesday. The issue, which will be a mix of fresh issue (Rs 455 crore) and an offer for sale (Rs 300 crore) would be up for grabs in the price band of Rs 314-330 a piece. If the issue sails through, the company would command roughly Rs 3,000 crore in market capitalisation at the upper end of this price band.
