IIT-K inks MoU with CSJMU

Kanpur: The Indian Institute of Technology and CSJM University on Tuesday signed an MoU with regard to creating experts on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, said CSJM varsity Vice Chancellor, Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak, on Tuesday. He said that from the ongoing academic session at CSJM University, this course would be taught to the varsity students. He said that from September 16, classes for 600 studens will learn about data science and artificial intelligence would commence. At Centre of Academics (CSJMU), an MoU was signed between CSJM University and IIT-Kanpur. Pro VC, Prof Sudhir Kumar Awasthi, Prof BV Phani from IIT-Kanpur, Dean Academics (CSJM) Prof Roli Sharma, Dean Administration (CSJM), Prof Sudhanshu Pandiya were among those present during signing of the MoU. As per the MoU, the students enrolled in courses such as legal studies, hotel management, Pharmacy, health sciences, life sciences and biotechnology and fine arts would be taught the new course. Every week on Friday and Saturday between 3 and 5 pm, students of the mentioned courses would be able to learn about new subjects.
