Man wanted in stabbing case held

Thiruvananthapuram: The Parassala police on Monday arrested a man who was wanted in connection with a stabbing case here. The arrested person was identified as Sanu alias Jayan, a resident of Vellarada Pannimala. He had stabbed one Arshad at a bar within Parassala station limits and went into hiding. Parassala CI Hemanth Kumar, SI Balu, ASI Sajeev, civil police officers Satheesh Kumar, Vijaya Vinod, Renjith, Sajan and Dipu were part of the police team who arrested the accused.
Sanu is also an accused in many other criminal cases, including murder. He was produced in the court and remanded into judicial custody.
