3 get bail in attempt to murder case

Thane: Thane sessions court recently granted bail to three out of 24 accused arrested in attempt to murder case. The case pertains to an incident that took place on June 06, 2022 around 8.30pm wherein victim Chandan Gupta was allegedly attacked by a group at Vasant Vihar over a previous enmity. Defence counsel Ambrish Jadhav argued that the probe was faulty and biased. Judge observed absence of victim’s medical report. He also allowed the pre arrest bail plea by accused Lokesh Vijay Ravji.
