Jaipur boy Sambhav Jain scores 249, gets 59th rank

Jaipur: Jaipur boy Sambhav Jain with a score of 249 out of 360 has secured All India Rank 59 in JEE-Advanced, making him the city topper, according to information received till the filing of this copy.
The 18-year-old boy studied from Rukmani Birla Modern High School in Jaipur and took coaching from FIITJEE’s Jaipur centre to prepare for IIT JEE. Jain wants to pursue engineering in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Talking about his study routine, Jain said, “I never studied till late night or early morning, but I utilised most of the time during the day. My mother and grandmother were my biggest support and they made sure that everything I need to study properly is there. A few days before the examination, I started waking up early by 5:45am, I set my body clock according to the examination timings to ensure that I had full concentration between 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm.”
Jain has a fellowship for Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Physics and Chemistry. “Technology amazes me. That is why I want to study computer science engineering. My goal is to find sustainable solutions to daily life problems using technology,” said Jain.
Navya Hisaria, a resident of Hanumangarh, has secured AIR-20 in the JEE-Advanced results, becoming one of the toppers for IIT Delhi zone. Earlier, Navya had topped Rajasthan in JEE-Mains with a 100 percentile. Hisaria studied from the Sikar brand of Kota based Allen Career Institute. Hisaria belongs from Nohar city in Hanumangarh, where he studied till class 10.
