Eight Covid cases in city

Ludhiana: Eight persons tested positive for Covid while no death was reported in Ludhiana on Saturday, taking active cases to 51. Health officials said that a total of 3,016 persons had died and 1,141 of them were from other districts and states.
According to the health department, till date, 39,34,037 samples have been tested in the district so far. Officials said seven persons from Ludhiana tested positive for Covid whereas one person from other district/state was found to be infected on Saturday. tnn
