Two die as car hits stray cow

Rajkot: Two young friends died on the spot after their car rammed into a stray cow on Ahmedabad-Rajkot highway near Kuvadva Road on Friday night. The car overturned, jumped the divider and crashed into a truck coming from the opposite direction, police said. The accident led to a massive traffic jam on the highway which could be cleared only after an hour by the police. The victims Manish Sarapdadiya (21) and Bhagvan Sonu (24) were working in the imitation jewellery units in the city. tnn
