Sachin visits Green park visitor gallery

Kanpur: Chief secretary Durga Shankar Mishra on Friday met and greeted the RSWS Cricket teams of India & South Africa at the Green Park stadium.
India cricket team led by Sachin Tendulkar along with chief secretary visited the Green park visitor gallery. They appreciated it and said that it has become one of the best visitor gallery and has a very good collection of cricket memories of the Green park.
The team visited the display section, saw the cricket movie in the Audio visual room and then saw the Cricket cafe. Sachin Tendulakar was very much impressed by the whole concept of Visitor Gallery especially Cricket cafe.Sachin Tendulakar and the Indian team suggested that there should be a ‘section of cricketers of Uttar Pradesh’ and their achievements. The Commissioner committed that the UP Section will be created in the second phase on the 2nd floor in the next 3 months .
Later, Chief Secretary gave a memento to the team and also a “Taamr Patr” memento to Sachin Tendulkar.
