Baghel while addressing the public said that Manendragarh has long struggled to become a district

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday inaugurated Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur and Sakti as the 32nd and 33rd districts of the state.
He said that Sakti has been carved out of Janjgir-Champa, and on the other hand, there is now a division line separating Koriya district from Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur.
Baghel while addressing the public said that Manendragarh has long struggled to become a district.
He added that the creation of Manendragarh district had been urged by the public even before Baikunthpur became the district headquarters. "It has all come true for them," he stated.
He also performed ground-breaking of 309 development works worth Rs 153 crore.
