Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd (FLFL) recently announced receiving a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies for holding its Annual General Meeting.
The Future group firm received the letter granting an extension for a period of three months for holding the AGM till December 31, 2022 from the Registrar of Companies - Mumbai, Maharashtra, as per a public statement.
The company said, "Accordingly, the aforesaid Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held within the extended timeline."
FLFL-owns Central and Brand Factory, Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and other Multi-Brand Outlets (Lee Copper, Indigo Nation, Giovani, John Miller, etc.)
The firm was also a part of 19 group companies operating in retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing segments, which had to be transferred by Future Group to Reliance Retail as part of a Rs 24,713 crore deal announced in August 2020.
After failing to get support from lenders’ of respective companies, the deal was called off Reliance Industries Ltd in April.
