Medical aspirant from Haryana ends life in Rajasthan's Sikar

JAIPUR: A girl preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) examination hanged herself from the ceiling at her hostel room in Udyog Nagar police station area of Sikar late on Wednesday evening.
The age of the girl is under verification as her documents are yet to be produced by her parents to the police. No suicide note has been found. Police are yet to ascertain the reason of suicide
According to police, the girl got admitted to a coaching institute in Sikar four months ago and was preparing for NEET examination. “She hails from Narnaul in Haryana and was staying at a hostel situated at Nawalgarh road area of Sikar. She was in her hostel room when some fellow mates after not finding her knocked her door in the evening on Wednesday. Since she did not respond, expecting the worst the authorities at the hostel were intimated. Thereafter, we were informed,” said police. Police added that no suicide note has been found from the hostel room.
