Hyderabad: Two arrested with duplicate grocery items

HYDERABAD: Two persons who were allegedly involved in selling duplicate grocery products were nabbed by Nallakunta police on Wednesday.
Task Force sleuths said they nabbed G Ram and Arjun Ram and seized tea powder, mosquito repellent liquid, hair oil, shampoo as well as other items from them. The worth of the products was Rs 6.74 lakh.
G Ram, a native of Rajasthan, moved to the city three years ago and was doing labour work at a grocery store. He came in contact with Arjun, also from Rajasthan. Since G Ram’s earnings were less, they both hatched a plan to buy duplicate products of various brands from sources in Ahmedabad and sell them to groceries here.
