All-woman customer relation centre at TPSODL

Berhampur: Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) set up an all-woman customer relation centre on Tuesday. The centre is managed by 17 trained female staff. Chief executive officer-cum managing director of Tata Power Praveer Singh inaugurated the centre. “It is a step towards women empowerment. We hope the employees will manage the centre well which is an important place for customer service and satisfaction,” Singh said. TNN
