For tourists from September 10th, AP Tourism is introducing one-day “Mana Kadapa” trips to all the historic attractions in YSR and Annamayya districts.
On Tuesday, this was announced by Vijaya Ramaraju, the district collector, and he explained that in the morning, an AC bus with 40 seats will pick up tourists from Haritha Hotel at Kadapa. These buses will take them over a 120-kms long trip to Devuni Gadapa, remarkable Lord Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Vaidyanatheshwara Temple, Pushpagiri Kamakshi, and Pennar riverbed.
At Vontimitta temple, tourists can have a glimpse of Lord Kodanda Rama Swamy, located in Annamayya district. The tourists will be taken to Siddavatam Fort after the lunch break and at 5.30 p.m, they’ll be brought back to Haritha Hotel in Kadapa.
Lord Venkateswara Swamy laddu prasadam of Tirumala will be given to the tourists, together with breakfast, lunch and snacks at Haritha Hotels managed by the AP Tourism Department.
The collector stated that the idea has no motive of making huge profit. The charge per adult for the bus ride will be ₹500 and children will be charged ₹300. At Haritha Hotel in Kadapa, tickets will be available.
Every Sunday, besides second Saturdays, the bus will be available to the tourists.
