Basements of shops, apartments get waterlogged in parts of Bengaluru

Several areas of Bengaluru continue to remain waterlogged on September 06. Normal life hit out of gear. Residents of the Yemalur area face serious trouble as the basement of the apartment got waterlogged. Their vehicles were submerged in rainwater. Basements of shops and apartments got flooded in Koramangala area of Bengaluru. Speaking to ANI a local said, "It happens whenever it rains. It has been raining heavily this year. Those who have shops in basements are in trouble."
