Newly-wed woman kills self in Karnataka

MANGALURU: A newly married woman allegedly ended her life by consuming rat poison. The deceased is Rashmi,25, a resident of Amblamogaru.
Police sources said that her wedding took place on August 21, and her sister had invited the couple for a lunch on Saturday.
On the same day, she allegedly attempted to commit suicide by consuming rat poison.
Woman started vomiting; was rushed to a hospital
When she reached her sister's house, she started vomiting, and was rushed to the hospital. She breathed her last on Monday.
A case has been registered at the Konaje police station in this regard.
