Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks up as market rises

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading higher on Monday at 10:45AM

Agro Phos(up 4.90%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(up 4.22%), & Petrochemicals(up 2.91%), & Fertilizers(up 2.50%), Rama Phosphates(up 1.72%), & Fertilizers(up 1.11%), Fertilizers (up 0.97%), Coromandel International(up 0.61%), G S F C(up 0.48%) and National Fertilizer(up 0.48%) were among the top gainers.

Sikko Industries(down 5.00%), KRISHANA(down 1.31%), ZUARIAGRO(down 0.34%), & Chemicals(down 0.26%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 0.13%) and Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 0.04%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 101.15 points up at 17640.6, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 363.42 points at 59166.75 at around 10:45AM.

Hindalco Industries(up 2.15%), JSW Steel(up 1.78%), HCL Technologies(up 1.68%), NTPC(up 1.58%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 1.43%), Cipla(up 1.27%), Reliance Industries(up 1.1%), ICICI Bank(up 1.07%), Tata Steel(up 1.04%) and UPL Ltd(up 0.81%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.69%), Enterprises(down 0.58%), Eicher Motors(down 0.58%), Bajaj Auto(down 0.57%), Nestle India(down 0.44%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.28%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(down 0.26%), Wipro(down 0.23%), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.18%) and Hero MotoCorp(down 0.18%) were trading in the red.
