MANDYA: Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy on Sunday asked what PM Narendra Modi plans to do during his visit to the state ahead of the elections.
Asking the state BJP leaders to explain to people of Karnataka about the Centre’s contribution for the development of the state, he said farmers in the state have lost Rs 40,000 crores due to crop loss. “But the PM did not respond to the farmers’ needs,” he said
Speaking to reporters, he criticised former minister and BJP MLA Aravind Limbavali for misbehaving with a woman from his constituency. “An elected representative should have patience when people come to speak about their problems,” he said.
