IMD issues ‘Yellow alert’ for heavy rain in parts of Himachal Pradesh

Amid the heavy continual rainfall in Himachal Pradesh, IMD Deputy Director Bui Lal on September 03 in Shimla, informed that a ‘Yellow alert’ has been issued in several districts including Shimla, Kangra, Mandi, and more. “A Yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in the next two days. It has been issued for various districts including Kangra, Mandi and Shimla. During the past 24 hours, most parts of the state received heavy rainfall,” the HP IMD Deputy Director said.
