Indian Air Force show in capital, Puri

BHUBANESWAR: The Indian Air Force will conduct the Suryakiran Air show in Bhubaneswar and Puri on September 16 and 18 respectively.
Prasanna Pradhan, director, Biju Patnaik International Airport, said official notification regarding the air show in Puri(over the Governor House) has been confirmed for September 18 but official circular regarding the Bhubaneswar show is yet to be put.
“They (IAF) has selected sky over the Kuakhai river in Bhubaneswar for the air show while at Puri, the aircrafts will take sorties over the governor house there,” Pradhan said.
The city airport will provide parking space and security as aircraft will come here from September 6 to conduct rehearsal. TNN
