Youth beaten over affair, clips go viral

Jaisalmer: After two video clips showing a youth being stripped and badly beaten up when he had come to meet his girlfriend went viral on social media, police on Friday lodged a case and started a probe.
The video clips are said to be of the incident that took place at Hamirnada village, five km away from Mohangarh town in Jaisalmer district, two days ago. The victim, identified as Mukhtyar Khan, was assaulted by a group of men from the same community when he reached to meet his girlfriend in the village.
Khan was stripped and his hair was cut.
