131 new Covid-19 cases in Bihar

PATNA: The state on Thursday recorded 131 new Covid-19 cases against 1,10,509 samples tested, while 171 patients recovered from the virus during the same period. With the fresh cases, the total number of active Covid-19 cases has come down to 816 in the state.
Of 131 new cases, 58 were logged in Patna, followed by Bhagalpur (11) and Muzaffarpur (10). Rest other districts reported less than 10 cases and 15 districts did not report any new case. As far as active cases are concerned, Patna has 417 active cases, followed by Bhagalpur (81), Munger (37), Saharsa (29) and Saran (23).
Meanwhile, 15.14 crore Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in the state so far, including over 7.29 crore first dose, 6.63 crore second dose and 1.21 crore precautionary dose.
