NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Thursday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Add-Shop E-Retail(13.81%), Paramount Comm(13.57%), (12.59%), D & H India(12.45%), Ddev Plastiks Industries Ltd.(12.37%), Reliance Infra(12.26%), Zenith Fibres(12.13%), Inflame Appliances(11.9%), Tata Tele(11.85%) and Rossell India(11.57%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 416.44 points down at 59120.63, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 110.7 points to 17648.6.
In the Nifty 50 index, 17 stocks traded in the green, while 32 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as , , , and hit their fresh 52-week high, while , , , Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Ltd. and touched their new 52-week low in trade.
