MUMBAI: A 57-year-old unemployed man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a visually challenged woman in a local train on Monday. Ravindra Kamble, the accused, has also been booked for ticketless travel under the Railway Act.
The 38-year-old woman, who was travelling in the coach reserved for disabled from Kalyan to Kurla, said that Kamble touched her inappropriately when she and her with acquaintances were watching a video clip on phone. When she confronted him, he said his elbow had accidentally hit her. At Ghatkopar station, she took him to railway police. Kurla GRP filed a case and arrested him.
