Covid grips 46 more people in Lucknow, but 59 recover

LUCKNOW: At least 46 fresh Covid-19 cases were recorded in the city on Monday taking the active case count to 483.
Meanwhile, 59 patients recovered from the infection in the past 24 hours in the city.
The maximum 12 cases were reported from Aliganj followed by Chinhat (7), Alambagh (5), NK Road (5) and Indiranagar (3). Remaining cases were from other areas of the city.
Spokesperson of CMO office, Yogesh Raguvanshi, said: "Among those tested positive, eight had influenza-like symptoms while six were contacts of Covid-19 positive patients and two had travel history. We are monitoring the condition of all patients."
