Dwarikesh Sugar Industries(up 3.38%), Uttam Sugar Mills(up 3.19%), Shree Renuka Sugars(up 2.94%), & Chemicals(up 2.82%), Ugar Sugar Works(up 2.53%), Balrampur Chini Mills(up 2.46%), AVADHSUGAR(up 2.36%), Sakthi Sugars(up 2.05%), Ponni Sugars(Erode)(up 1.94%) and Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries(up 1.79%) were among the top gainers.
Bannari Amman Sugars(down 0.32%) and DCM Shriram Industries(down 0.06%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 174.1 points up at 17487.0, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 531.98 points at 58504.6 at around 10:34AM.
Bajaj Finserv(up 4.22%), Bajaj Finance(up 2.97%), IndusInd Bank(up 2.94%), Maruti Suzuki(up 2.94%), Tata Motors(up 2.86%), Shree Cement(up 2.85%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 2.32%), NTPC(up 2.3%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 2.29%) and UltraTech Cement(up 2.24%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Reliance Industries(down 0.45%) and Bharti Airtel(down 0.36%) were trading in the red.
