2 die, 13 hurt in Sikar, Dausa accidents

Jaipur: Two people were killed and 13 others injured in two separate road accidents in Sikar and Dausa districts since Sunday evening.
Two people travelling in a car were killed and 12 passengers of a Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation (RSRTC) bus were injured in a head-on collision between the two vehicles near Gokulpura tri-junction in Sikar late on Sunday evening. The front side of the car was badly smashed, and it was dragged for almost 70 feet, said a police officer of Udyog Nagar police station on Monday.
The two injured occupants of the car were taken to a nearby government hospital, where they were declared brought dead. A case of causing death due to negligence was lodged against the driver of the bus, who managed to flee. In the second accident, a 15-year-old boy was seriously injured when a rashly driven SUV hit him at Manpur town in Dausa district.
