IMI Bhubaneswar organises HR conclave in city

Bhubaneswar: IMI Bhubaneswar hosted a HR Conclave on “Reinventing talent strategies in current scenario: Challenges and opportunities” here on Saturday. Ramesh Behl, director IMI Bhubaneswar, inaugurated it. Yogi Sriram, advisor to CEO and MD, Group Human Resources, L&T was the chief guest.
A panel discussion was also held with the industry experts on the topic, “The challenges of online talent acquisition and how to deal with them”. The speakers discussed how corporations are embracing the emerging trend of workcation models, in which employees use a hybrid approach. There was also a conversation about how workplace diversity improves a firms performance.
