Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 11 Series in parts. The lineup includes smartphones: Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro/ 5G, Note 11 Pro+ 5G, Note 11T 5G, Note 11T Pro, Note 11T Pro+, Note 11S/ 5G, Note 11 SE, Note 11E, and Note 11E Pro. Needless to say, the specification of each smartphone is different. Although they all boot Android 11 out of the box, besides the Note 11T Pro and Note 11T Pro+. They both come pre-installed with Android 12 OS. Regardless, here is a list of updates released for the Redmi Note 11 Series.

The updates are arranged below in descending order, according to the date of their release.

  • [August 29, 2022]: Redmi Note 11S Pro Global has started receiving the MIUI 13-based Android 12. The update also brings the August 2022 security patch along with the firmware V13.0.1.0.SGLMIXM. Interested users can flash the new update via the recovery ROM.
  • [August 29, 2022]: Xiaomi has started pushing a new update to the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G smartphone. It comes with the firmware version number V13.0.9.0.RKCEUXM and is live for the EEA units. It is a stable update and brings the August 2022 security patch to the device. The update will be rolling out as OTA & the V13.0.8.0 users can download the incremental update & install it. Other users will have to wait for OTA or download the recovery ROM.
  • [August 25, 2022]: A new update with firmware version V13.0.2.0.SLOMIXM is rolling out for the Redmi Note 11T Pro. The build adds the July 2022 security patch to increase system security. Apart from this, the update does not bring any other significant changes.

  • [August 12, 2022]: Xiaomi has started rolling out a new update to the Redmi Note 11 4G smartphone. It gets the firmware version V13.0.6.0.RGDINXM is live in India. The update brings the July 2022 security patch to the Note 11 4G. Since it is rolling out as OTA, it will take some time to reach your unit. You can install the update by downloading the full ROM. The update also increases the system security of the device.
  • [August 12, 2022]: Redmi Note 11T 5G India Variant is receiving MIUI 13 update based on Android 12. You can know more about the update over here.
  • [August 12, 2022]: Xiaomi is pushing a new update to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G smartphone. The update is live in the European Economic Area (EEA) units. Xiaomi bumps up the security patch to August 2022. The update also increases the system security of the smartphone. It comes with the firmware version number V13.0.4.0.SKTEUXM. If you can’t wait for the OTA update, you can either download the Full ROM or the incremental update.
  • [July 26, 2022]: Redmi Note 11S is getting a new update in India on firmware version V13.0.5.0.RKEINXM. The build increases the system security by integrating the July 2022 security patch.

  • [July 5, 2022]: Redmi is spinning off the July 2022 security patch to the Note 11 Pro+ 5G. The update is rolling out in India with firmware version V13.0.6.0.RKCINXM. Like all the other updates, this as well is rolling out in a phase-wise manner. Accordingly, the users may have to wait a while to get the build. You can also check the update status manually by heading over to Settings > Software updates > Check for the updates.
