NEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 2393.58 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1178.22 crore), Syrma SGS Technology Ltd.(Rs. 879.99 crore), TCS(Rs. 792.83 crore), Piramal Ent.(Rs. 738.75 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 695.59 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 693.16 crore), Kotak Bank(Rs. 676.30 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 663.88 crore) and Tech Mahindra(Rs. 631.35 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 246.0 points down at 17312.9, while BSE Sensex fell 861.25 points to 57972.62.
In the Nifty index, .(up 1.58 per cent), .(up 1.30 per cent), .(up 0.86 per cent), .(up 0.61 per cent) and .(up 0.59 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 4.61 per cent), .(down 3.93 per cent), .(down 3.09 per cent), .(down 2.98 per cent) and .(down 2.78 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
