Karnataka: Man cheats competitive exam trainer

MANGALURU: A competitive exam trainer was allegedly cheated by a person from Kerala, who failed to pay the offered salary. Police said that the complainant, who has nearly 9 years of experience as a competitive exam trainer in various institutions, was approached by one Sunil B N from Kerala, in April 2021. The accused promised that the complainant will have the opportunity to earn a minimum of Rs 1.5 lakh per month. Accordingly, the complainant worked for various institutions, but was not paid.
The complainant contacted Sunil on May 30, and demanded his dues. However, Sunil allegedly relieved the complainant from the job, and promised him to pay him in June. However, Sunil has not made the payment, police said, adding that a case has been registered at the Moodbidri police station.
