It's a haven for DC superhero fans. And boasts of 29 thrilling rides and 35 DC superheroes and cartoon characters who pop in and out of the premises. My takeaway was 'The Batman: Knight Flight'. A dark ride in a unique, robotically-controlled flying Batwing that thrills you with swift manoeuvres and combines a high-tech flight simulator with hypnotic scenery and special effects.

Experience adrenaline like never before at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
Be prepared to have a wild and racy time. It's got 40-plus rides including Formula Rossa, the world's fastest rollercoaster, and Flying Aces, the first bi-plane themed rollercoaster that has broken three world records world's steepest, the world's fastest inclined cable lift and the world's tallest inverted loop at 52 metres.

Get adventurous at CLYMB Abu Dhabi
CLYMB Abu Dhabi is for world-class indoor skydiving and climbing experiences. Friendly instructors ensure that you're in safe hands. The Indoor Skydiving Flight Chamber that spans 32 feet in width is an impressive 104 feet tall. There are three levels for first-time flyers, intermediate flyers and skilled flyers. The instructor is close-by to guide you as you glide through the air. In the end, you're given a certificate of participation at the World's Largest Indoor Skydiving Tunnel.

Enjoy aquatic adventures at Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi
The sprawling waterpark has 45-plus rides, slides and attractions. Dawwama is the world's largest six-person tornado water coaster. Your raft plunges from a height and goes through a slide before entering a 20-metre high tornado funnel. Another attraction is the Underwater VR ride that allows you to experience virtual reality while being underwater.

Yas Island Abu Dhabi has something for everyone. It is also a shopper's paradise. The enormous Yas Mall boasts of 400-plus international brands and 79 restaurants and cafes. 'Yas Hai Khaas' quite literally!
