Jack Dorsey says he believes Twitter should not be owned by a state, company

Former Twitter Chief Executive Jack Dorsey tweeted Thursday that the social media company should not be owned by a state or another company. He was responding to a question on Twitter about what type of structure he believed Twitter should operate under.
