File)ICSI CS Professional, Executive Result 2022 Updates: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results of CS Professional and Executive June 2022 exams at 11 am and 2 pm respectively. Candidates can now check their score cards at the official ICSI website — icsi.edu.
This year, the All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the Executive programme has been earned by Lakshay Chawla, followed by Sonia Boob at AIR 2 and A Sreekanth at AIR 3. For the Professional programme, Nikita Rameshbhai has topped the ICSI CS Executive programme exams this year. The second and third rank has been earned by Girishakar D Marur and Harsh Dev Chaudhry.
After the result declaration, the candidates who successfully clear the CS Executive exams will be able to enrol themselves in the Professional programme, as the next step. The candidates who clear the Professional programme will have completed their CS degree and will be awarded with their physical mark sheets within 30 days of the result declaration. To successfully clear their exams, candidates need to score at least 40 per cent marks in each subject and fifty per cent marks in the aggregate of all the subjects.
Now, the next examinations of Company Secretaries Executive programme and Professional programme will be held from December 21, 2022 to December 30. For this, online submission of enrolment applications together with requisite examination fee shall commence from August 26 at the official ICSI website — icsi.edu.

In Executive Programme examination 8.76 per cent of candidates passed in Module – I and 18.12 per cent in Module – II.

ICSI had also declared the result of the Company Secretary (CS) foundation programme May exams 2022 and CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) July 2022 exams on July 20. In the CSEET exam, overall 68.1 per cent students qualified while for the CS Foundation exam, the pass percentage is 40.48 per cent.
In this year' result of the professional programme, girls have earned more top ranks in comparison to boys. Out of the top five ranks, three positions have been conquered by girls — Nikita Rameshbhai (AIR 1), Sarika Singh (AIR 4) and Divya Singhal (AIR 5).

The ICSI has announced that the validity of the July 2021 CSEET result has now been extended from July 20 to January 20, 2023. This decision was taken keeping in mind that due to the Covid pandemic, CBSE conducted their class 12 examination in two terms this year, and students who were enrolled in Class 12 when they had taken the CSEET in July 2021 would have lost a year due to the delayed result of their term 2 exams.
