Telangana: One critical in fire mishap at pharma factory in Nalgonda

HYDERABAD: An employee of a chemical factory in Chityal of Nalgonda district is critical and some more workers have suffered injuries in a fire mishap on Wednesday evening. The injured workers have been shifted to the hospital.
“Seven workers were evacuated from the mishap site. One employee is critical. It is too early to determine the cause of the mishap,” Nalgonda SP Rema Rajeshwari told TOI. With smoke billowing from the chemical factory, fire department personnel were able to evacuate the seven workers. The injured workers were reportedly shifted to a hospital at Narketpally.
The fire mishap occurred at Hindys Lab, a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit near Veliminedu village of Chityal mandal.
