'I am a small man', says Tikait on Union Minister Teni's 'dogs barking' comment

Responding to Union Minister Teni's comments, Rakesh Tikait said that he is speaking out of frustration. He said that took 50,000 people to Lakhimpur for protest. He also said that there is lawlessness and we will run a campaign to free Lakhimpur. Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni in an apparent reference to protesting farmers said 'dogs barking and chasing his car'. Teni's son is in jail for allegations of running over protesting farmers last year.
