There's no arguing that we frequently draw much encouragement from our favorite celebrities, from their outfits to the routines they undertake in the gym. That holds even for sleep rituals, as American model Kendall Jenner revealed her own.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Kendall discussed her bedtime routines in great depth and revealed the one thing that frequently keeps her awake at night.

When asked what keeps her from getting a good night's sleep, Kendall said it is her anxiety. She revealed that she had battled anxiety for many years, which can give her good and bad days.

When Jenner needs to unwind, she truly tries to set aside 15 minutes to meditate to reduce her stress.

When asked what she does to wind down during the evenings, Kendall said she usually drinks tea and relaxes by writing in her journal or reading a book.

Before going to bed, she claims that putting her phone away has also been very effective. At least one hour before going to bed, she tries to refrain from looking at my phone.

Kendall certainly has much sleep hacks up her sleeve, as she also mentioned how important it is to be in the right environment. She revealed that the MAD et LEN candle she burns in her bedroom has a beautiful scent. It fills the air with a cozy, comfortable perfume, so that's the one she always buys.

Jenner also stated that her blackout curtains are great. She always took advantage of the chance to sleep in if she had the time.

Sadly, Kendall acknowledges, the chance to sleep in isn't something that happens frequently. She revealed that she typically goes to bed at the same time every night throughout the week at home. It is much more challenging for her to adhere to that bedtime when traveling, but she tries it. It helps her remain consistent.

The former supermodel turned entrepreneur added that she generally has to go to work every day, so she sets the alarm! She usually does that because she enjoys riding her horse early. But occasionally, she likes to switch things up and snooze a little.
