Covid claims 13 lives in 5 days in Rajhasthan

JAIPUR: As many as 13 people have died of Covid-19 in different parts of the state in the past five days. Three of them died in the past 24 hours in Jaipur (2) and Tonk (1).
In the 20 days since the beginning of August, the state has witnessed 26 deaths due to Covid-19 while July saw 15 deaths and June eight. The high number of deaths in August has sparked concern among the officials of the health department. Collection and testing of samples has increased across the state.
