Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Attacks BJP over CBI raid on Sisodia

CHANDIGARH: Slamming the Bharatiya Jnata Party (BJP)-led government at the Centre for the CBI raid on Delhi deputy chief minister’s house, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday said Manish Sisodia was the best education minister of Independent India.
Mann tweeted, “Manish Sisodia was the best education minister of independent India. Today, the biggest newspaper in the United States of America, New York Times, has carried his picture on its front page. And today Modi ji sent CBI to his house. How will India progress like this? (sic)”
School education minister Harjot Singh Bains also tweeted, “The Day No. 1 Newspaper of No. 1 country in the world recognises Delhi Govt.’s Education Model & Manish Sisodia ji as best education minister ever. Same Morning CBI is sent to Manish ji’ house by Shameless BJP. It proves BJP doesn’t want India to have perfect Govt. Schools. (sic)”
“Shameful! The day when the news about Delhi’s brilliant education model was published in the New York Times, the BJP sent CBI to raid the house of Manish Sisodia ji. Manish ji is the 1st education minister who has made India proud. BJP is rattled with this (sic),” tweeted finance minister Harpal Singh Cheema.
