
New Delhi: Shares of hit the upper circuit during the early trading hours on Friday after the company said it received a big order.
The firm announced that it has bagged an order worth Rs 11 crore for supplying dry fruits and the order shall be completed within the next four weeks.
Following the development, shares of Integra Essentia zoomed 5 per cent, its daily circuit limit, to Rs 8.06. The scrip had settled at Rs 7.68 on Thursday.
The company is expanding its operations in 'life essential' products to sustain modern life including , textiles and garments, infrastructure and energy.
The company had recently announced an acquisition of a substantial interest in a rice processing facility located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh through a joint-venture agreement, in which it holds a 66 per cent stake in the JV agreement.
Shares of Integra Essentia have rallied about 90 per cent in the last one month, whereas the stock has rallied more than 380 per cent in the year 2022 so far.
The New Delhi-based company is also exploring expanding its business through acquisitions of operational facilities and is in the advanced stages of studying, comparing and finalising acquisition of processing facilities under its long-term plan.
