PI Industries shares drop 2.24% as Sensex falls

Shares of the . traded at Rs 3344.8 on BSE at 01:40PM (IST) on Friday, down 2.24 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2334.35 and a high of Rs 3533.3.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 55.22 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 60.57 per share and 7.01 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 1,979 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:40PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 50746.68 crore and is part of the Pesticides/Agro Chem industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 5.05 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 9.62 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 3431.65 and Rs 3335.5.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.74 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2022. FII and MF ownership in PI Industries Ltd. stood at 16.44 per cent and 14.84 per cent, respectively.
