Teacher who died of burns: Cops yet to make arrests

Jaipur: A day after a 32-year-old woman teacher succumbed to injuries after she was allegedly set on fire by her relatives in Raisar village in Jamwaramgah near Jaipur, police said that they are still probing the case to corroborate the involvement of suspects.
Police have not made any arrest yet in the case yet. Police said that they were also probing if death was a result of self-immolation or not, and IO is speaking to witness in order to corroborate what really transpired.
Additional SP (Jaipur Rural) Dharmendra Yadav said the investigation officer (IO) is camping at the crime scene. “Investigation is underway to examine all angles,” he said.
The attack on Anita Devi, a teacher at a private school, took place at Raisar village in Jaipur (Rural) on August 10. Her husband Tara Chand said she was attacked when she was going to school with her six-year-old son.
