iMocha, an AI-powered skills assessment platform announces the appointment of Pushkaraj Kale, ex-Microsoft, to lead their Go-To-Market function.
iMocha is the skills intelligence platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) simulators, interviewing tools, and talent analytics to help organisations find job-fit candidates, remotely and expeditiously.
In Jan 2022 it secured USD 14 million in a series A financing round led by global investment firm eight roads ventures.
Kale comes to iMocha with 30 years of experience in technology and enterprise verticals. Prior to this, as the Co-founder and COO of The Data Team, he spearheaded all customer-facing functions along with HR, Legal, and Operations and played a pivotal role in scaling the business. Before that, as the country director for the financial services business at Microsoft, he was instrumental in building growth and partnership teams that enabled multi-fold revenue growth.
In this role, Kale will be working cross-functionally to build and execute all GTM initiatives. He will also strengthen the partnership and alliances channel in alignment with the enterprise focussed strategy.
