LuLu Group welcomes Supreme Court decision

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: LuLu Group welcomed the Supreme Court decision which rejected a petition that the group's shopping mall in Thiruvananthapuram was built by violating coastal regulation zone rules.
A note issued by the group on Tuesday said the SC directive is a setback to those who aim to malign the reputation of the group.
It will also encourage those who are interested in investments in state in accordance with the law, it added. The high court had set aside a petition alleging violations by LuLu group.
