Delhi: Residents accuse head constable of running sex racket in Rohini

A head constable of Delhi Police was assaulted in a residential society in Rohini. People accused the constable of running a sex racket. Police say that the head constable went there to meet his informer. Later the matter was resolved and no complaint has been received from either side.
