West Bengal College Service Commission to hold SET on January 8 next year

KOLKATA: The West Bengal College Service Commission will hold the 24th State Eligibility Test (SET) on January 8, 2023 for the post of assistant professors. It has issued a notice on Tuesday.
The last SET was held on January 9, this year. Since the 23rd SET exams, questions are being set in Bengali. The first time questions were set in Bengali for six subjects which will be increased to 16 subjects.
An official said, "We have started preparing questions in Bengali only for Arts subjects. This time numbers will be increased." It has started receiving online applications from Tuesday. Online applications will continue till September 15, midnight.
