Four Seasons Toronto Appoints Director of F&B and Director of Rooms

(11 August 2022, 12:02 +07)  The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has appointed Kristi Grotsch as Director of Food and Beverage and Angelica Sanz Rincón as Director of Rooms.

Kristi, who has more than twelve years of hospitality industry experience, joins the Four Seasons Toronto from Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts where she spent over 10 years of that time working in various capacities for the group and individual properties.

Kristi joined Shangri-La in Toronto as Lobby and Bar Manager from Delta in June 2012. Since then, she worked her way up through the ranks, becoming Director of Quality Improvement and Learning in 2018 before moving to Dubai as Regional Head of Learning and Development - Middle East, India, Europe and Americas in 2020.

Kristi returned to Toronto in August 2021 as Area Director of Service Excellence (Americas), her most recent role prior to joining Four Seasons.

Earlier in her career, Kristi spent approximately two years working with Delta Hotels & Resorts in Toronto.

Also a new member of the Four Seasons family, Angelica Sanz Rincón has joined the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto as Director of Rooms, bringing with her approximately twelve years of hospitality industry experience.

Angelica has worked for some of the most respected brands in luxury hospitality.

In December 2014 she was appointed as Director of Front Office at The St. Regis Bahia Beach in Puerto Rico before moving to Mexico as Director of Guest Experience at The St. Regis Punta Mita in November 2017.

From there, Angelica joined Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, in Puerto Rico as Director of Rooms before being appointed Hotel Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington in Ontario Canada.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Angelica worked as Director of Rooms Operations at The St. Regis Bermuda where she spent almost two years.
